 HALF LEASE PROGRAM

Some of our school horses are available for a "half lease" program.  Leasing a horse provides an excellent way for potential horse owners to test out what it would be like to have a horse of their own.  The horses are available to be used by their lessees on the days they are not used for lessons (3-4 days per week).  This would include Saturdays and Sundays since we do not teach lessons on the weekends.   Available horses may be seen on our School Horse page.

This 7 year old 16.2 hh Thoroughbred is the package that judges want to see in a hunter mare - Feminine, Graceful and Athletic! In contrast to most Thoroughbreds her size, she is exceptionally refined in both her movement and appearance. Jazz has just begun her first year baby green classes and is in a regular training program over the winter. Jazz is proving to be highly trainable and honest over fences. Lots of horses can get over a jump but not many can look as pleasant and beautiful doing it as this young mare. She really uses herself over fences and is very careful. Jazz is very personable and sweet. Don't let her price deceive you - this is a quality mare that stands out in a crowd. $5,000.

Please watch video (below) to see Jazz on the flat.

He is competing in the Amateur Owner Jumpers and Hunters! He knows some first level dressage, has fox hunted, and he loads, clips, trail rides, ties, and bathes. All without a fuss. He has EXCELLENT ground manners, a kid could lead him. He is great to be around and is ready to show. Don't miss this wonderful horse!

SPORT PONIES:

Maeve is a 11.2 hh, 1999 Section A Canadian Import. She has done well in limited showing and is a true Mountain Pony type. Maeve has good bone, no leg conformation faults, a strong loin and good hock action. She really drives from behind and is a powerful and straight mover. She has been used only as a broodmare and is an easy foaler and good mother. She has produced three foals: one is a children's pony, another a hunter prospect and the last is a winner on the line and has been retained for my breeding program.  Maeve clips, ties, stands for the farrier, bathes, and trailers. She has never been sick or lame. Would make a great addition to a broodmare herd or would be an excellent driving prospect.
